Maple Syrup Adopt-a-Tree
Program kicks off Saturday 2/6

Join us for our third season of the maple syrup process at the farm. Each family will learn the science and history behind the making of maple syrup, tap a tree, hang their sap bucket, and return to the farm to collect the sap when it's running! Sap collection is determined by weather so families will receive regular updates and should plan on returning throughout February and early March. Don't worry if you are unable to collect the sap from your bucket due to travel plans, we will do it for you. We will process the sap in our maple sugar shack and hope to send each family home with their very own taste of Ambler Farm maple syrup.
