Enjoy a low-impact energizing class blending Barre, Pilates and Yoga with Lauren Chiarello Mika. All levels are welcome. After class, mingle over a warm cup of tea with fellow Ambler Farm supporters.

About Lauren Chiarello Mika

Lauren is the joyful founder of Chi Chi Life, twin mom and a two-time cancer thriver of Hodgkin’s lymphoma.

Lauren is a Cancer Exercise Trainer at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, clean beauty advocate with Beautycounter and curates mindful corporate wellness workshops. You can follow her adventures on Instagram @chichilifenyc
