Rebecca has been practicing various forms of yoga for 8 years. Having been trained in vinyasa yoga as well as more integrative forms such as yoga therapy and yoga nidra, she brings a wholesome and well-rounded approach to her classes. She prioritizes equal amounts of work, rest, and play. All are welcome in her classes, and students are free to move as they please through their practice while taking inspiration from her guidance. You’ll find yourself deeply relaxed, clear-minded, and physically restored after leaving your practice.
Please remember to bring your own yoga mat and water bottle. For your safety and the safety of others, please set up six feet apart in the field. We look forward to moving with you!
