Learn the science and history of maple syrup by being a hands-on part of the process. There will be two informational sessions offered; only ONE session is required. On that day, you will choose a tree and hang your sap collection bucket. You will be sent regular updates on the sap progress, so you know when to collect it. Sap is boiled down in our sugar shack and each family receives their very own bottle of Ambler Farm maple syrup. The season runs from early February to mid-March. A typical season is five weeks long. If you are traveling during February or March, we will collect sap for you.
Registration begins for members on December 10, and opens to nonmembers on December 17, space permitting.
