Pac Choi / Tatsoi

You can direct seed or space closely for baby heads/leaves or space them between 6 and 12 inches apart for larger heads.  Harvest when the crops looks like what you want.

Staple in Asian stir fries and soups, pac chois have a mild mustard flavor with background sweetness. Also known as Pak Choi and Bok Choi. Green stem varieties tend to have more flexible stems than white stem varieties. Though pac choi prefers cool weather, most varieties perform relatively well in warm weather.
