Elongated fruits are slightly curved, run to about 7” long. Fruits are very beautiful, being purple with lovely white striping. The 2- to 3-foot plants are vigorous, sometimes a bit prickly; stems and flowers are purple. A treasure from Greece, were eggplants first entered cultivation in Europe.
