High School Maple Sugaring Program

January 25 – March 15, 2025
Saturdays, 9:00 - 11:00am · Ambler Farm · $100 per student

This unique program provides High School students an opportunity to experience winter farming. Students will help collect sap on the farm and throughout the community,and run the evaporator in Ambler Farm's Sugar Shack, boiling sap to make maple syrup. Advance registration required.
