We offer exciting and enriching programming for all ages! Our Sprout + Me and Junior Apprentice programs are available for 6-week sessions during the school year.

My Sprout + Me

Duration: 6 sessions meeting once a week

Days: Wednesdays or Wednesdays

Time: 10:00am-11:30am

Cost: $125

Ages: 1-4 years old

My Sprout and Me is an 6 week program designed for caregivers and children ages 1-4 years old to experience the farm together in a community setting. With Ambler Farm Educators, caregivers and their “sprouts” will help feed the animals, enjoy tractor rides, and participate in enriching group activities. We spend all of our time outside in all weather so be sure to dress appropriately. We usually start the program by making sure all of the animals are fed and watered. Activities change seasonally, however some of our favorites are painting with mud, sorting eggs, and creating “toys” for the animals. Feel free to sign up for one or both days! We typically end the session with a tractor ride.

Please kindly note: The next session will begin in the Spring 2024. Children must be at 1 year old before registering for this program. We offer a multi-sibling discount. Members receive $50 discount per additional child and non-members receive a $25 discount per additional child. Please note that this is not a drop off program.

Junior Apprentice Program

Duration: 6 sessions meeting once a week

Days: Wednesdays or Thursdays

Time: 2:45pm – 4:45pm

Cost: $250

Grades: 3-5

This 6 week session is designed for children who are interested in learning more about how the natural world and the farm come together through hands on and engaging activities, games, and crafts. Our Junior Apprentices will spend a lot of time visiting and learning how to handle our animals. The Apprentices also have a weekly activity centered around the natural world such as using compasses, tracking native animals, and much more!

The next session will begin the week of February 7th and run through the week of March 18th.
