Middlebrook Maple Sugaring Program

February 4 – March 11, 2025
Tuesdays, 3:00-4:10pm · Middlebrook School · No charge

Students will have an opportunity to experience winter farming and to learn how maple syrup is made and harvested. We will tap some of the Sugar Maples in Middlebrook's backyard, and students will help collect the sap weekly with Kevin Meehan, Director of Programming at Ambler Farm.
