New Cancellation + Refund Policy for 2025 – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

Membership payments made in conjunction with or due to summer camp registrations are nonrefundable.

Registrations are nonrefundable and nontransferable for campers who miss camp due to incomplete paperwork. All paperwork for summer campers must be on file no later than two weeks before the start of the program or your child’s spot and registration fee may be forfeited to a waitlisted camper with completed paperwork.

Inclement weather related cancellations with more than two consecutive days (in the same calendar week) are provided a prorated refund.

As a small non-profit organization, cancellations and changes require significant administrative time to manage our enrollments and plan for our programs, including summer camp.

We appreciate your understanding. All policies are subject to change.

Registration Platform: Our online registration system provides families with an easy to use online platform which eliminates all paper forms (except for the medical forms which need to be signed by your physician and then uploaded by you). This communications platform is designed to keep you up-to-date on the latest happenings at camp. The Parent Dashboard (accessed below) allows families to check on their financial details as well. This system will work on your computer, tablet or phone so you can register your child from anywhere.

Late Registrations (during summer camp weeks): If spaces remain available, families are welcome to sign up their children for upcoming weeks. However, we require all paperwork including medical forms be uploaded at the time of registration and we cannot accept registration for the following week after Wednesday at 5:00pm of the preceding week. If you register your child after that point, we will be unable to accommodate them at camp. Thank you for your understanding.

A Message from Kevin Meehan, Director of Programming

Summer camp is an incredibly important time for children to get a break from the increasing expectations of school, sports and other scheduled activities. It is the time that parents invest in the social and emotional well being of their children. New counselors, friends and experiences embedded in exciting hands-on activities give your child a chance to grow in ways they can not during the school year. You will not see any of our weeks listed as STEM weeks. Rest assured, a well developed farm camp is full of connections and activities that are STEM activities. You will not see theme weeks at our camp. Every week is farm camp! That’s our theme. Baby chicks arrive every two weeks, we build new projects each week, campers cook each day with new recipes (camper favorites are revisited), and the gardens are always changing due to the growth of our produce.

As an extraordinary farm camp, our goal is that your child will go home and say, “I had a great time at farm camp! Can you sign me up for another week?”

Scholarship Application Inquiry

If you are requesting financial assistance for a week of summer camp, please fill out this form prior to registering your child. We have limited scholarship funding available and will review applications in the order in which they are received. We will reply back to you as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
