High School Maple Sugaring Program

January 24 – March 14, 2026
9:00 - 11:00am · Ambler Farm Sugar Shack · $150 per student

This unique program provides High School students an opportunity to experience winter farming. Students will help collect sap on the farm and throughout the community, and run the evaporator in Ambler Farm's Sugar Shack, boiling sap to make maple syrup.
