Middlebrook Maple Sugaring Program
February 3 – March 10, 2026

Students will have an opportunity to experience winter farming and to learn how maple syrup is made and harvested. We will tap some of the Sugar Maples in Middlebrook's backyard, and students will help collect sap on a weekly basis with Kevin Meehan, Director of Programming at Ambler Farm.
The Club will meet
Tuesdays for 6 weeks starting February 3rd and ending on March 10th. There is no charge.
