Patty Terranova
If you’ve ever purchased organic produce to enrich your dinner table, a transplant for your garden, or holiday greens from the annual Greens Sale to adorn your home, there’s a good chance you’ve met Patty Terranova at the Farm. A familiar, friendly face always ready to lend a helping hand.
Whether you know her as Patty or Miss Patty, she always jumps in to help however she can: do check-in, helping with the sugaring program, farm stand and farmers’ market, at Ambler Farm Day, and other events and programs – in every corner of the farm.
What makes volunteering at the farm so special to Patty? “The other volunteers have become good friends and family that I would not have met were it not for volunteering on the farm. The patrons of the farm stand that I connect with weekly are wonderful.”
